Your generous contribution will help in our efforts on World AIDS Day to pay tribute to those currently living with HIV/AIDS, our fallen loved ones and the unsung heroes of the AIDS Crisis: the doctors, nurses and caregivers whose work all too often goes unnoticed.

• Donations are also accepted via postal mail. Please make your check payable to "Hollywood Remembers" and mail to:

• If you are making a donation to honor a loved one, please include their name for inclusion in the program. The deadline for this inclusion is two weeks before the program.
• Please include your email address and phone number on any checks or money orders sent in order for us to keep in touch.
• Your privacy will be honored and we DO NOT sell, rent, loan, give or share any personal information.
• Donations to Hollywood Remembers, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible for computing income and estate taxes.
