Your generous contribution will help in our efforts on the eve of World AIDS Day to pay tribute to those currently living with HIV/AIDS, our fallen loved ones and the unsung heroes of the AIDS Crisis; the doctors, nurses and caregivers whose work all too often goes unnoticed.

• If you are making a donation to honor a loved one, please include their name for inclusion in the November 30th program. The deadline for this inclusion is November 15th.
• Please include your email address and phone number on any checks or money orders sent in order for us to keep in touch.
• Your privacy will be honored and we DO NOT sell, rent, loan, give or share any personal information.
• Donations to Hollywood Remembers, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible for computing income and estate taxes.
